I am in charge of Internet Governance at Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority.I created this blog in order to collect different information related to e-gov and ICTs and share with the internet community the development of e-gov and let them provide the idea of how to foster the e-governance in least developed countries.

The legal framework of e-governance is needed in East african community.The harmonazation of e-gocernance related laws is the key for successful E-governance in the region.
